I’m 38 and I finally accepted the fact that I can’t eat whatever I want….hell, I can’t even eat spicy 🌶 foods without getting heart ❤️ burn 5 minutes later. 🙄😔
So I decided that I’d rather look 25 than act like I’m 25😳🤔 I know I was being completely delusional.
And we’ve come to this….workout and eat right because you want to see 40 and not start a back and forth with the doctor!!
