My Home Workout

I’m 38 and I finally accepted the fact that I can’t eat whatever I want….hell, I can’t even eat spicy 🌢 foods without getting heart ❀️ burn 5 minutes later. πŸ™„πŸ˜”

So I decided that I’d rather look 25 than act like I’m 25πŸ˜³πŸ€” I know I was being completely delusional. 

And we’ve come to this….workout and eat right because you want to see 40 and not start a back and forth with the doctor!!
